There are over 3000 brands of tea "Camellia Sinensis", which differ in the kind of leaf, taste, aroma and the colour of the ready made tea. The character of the tea depends on its geographic placement, the kind of soil it grew on and weather. It is the same plant, the tea bush “Camellia Sinensis” growing everywhere from South America to the Islands of Japan. Nevertheless serving and preparing it varies throughout the world.
Poland has always been among countries in which the tea consumption is the biggest but the knowledge about the tea itself is still minor.
